On July 24, 2008, IMS Japan K.K. acquired ISO 9001:2000 certification - the global standard for Quality Management System (QMS).（Transited to ISO 9001:2008 in May 2010）
IMS's quality policy is to provide high-quality products and services through optimal processes in the shortest time, based on the latest and most accurate data. We have developed a company-wide QMS to respond precisely and speedily to customers' requirements and further enhance customer satisfaction. This certification means that our efforts have been officially recognized by an independent body and provides a solid basis for continuous improvement in the future.
Defining IMS quality into the three categories of (1) product quality, (2) service quality, and (3) management quality, we are making every effort to continuously improve our Quality Management System.
