ISO 27001 Certified
On February 9, 2009, IMS Japan K.K. acquired ISO 27001:2005 certification - the global standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS).
IMS collects, stores, and processes large amounts of valuable information (data), on which our value creation is based. We are fully aware that it is both our mission and responsibility to protect and manage these irreplaceable information assets in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. To this end, IMS has stipulated gSecurity Guidelinesh as the basis of ensuring information security throughout the company. All our employees observe these Guidelines in their daily work to prevent the improper use, loss, leakage, or falsification of IMSfs information assets and, in the unlikely event of such an incident, to enable rapid recovery with the least possible damage.
This ISO 27001 certification is official recognition of our efforts by a third-party organization, enabling us to solidify the foundations for continuous improvement in the future.
Integrating this with the ISO 9001 (QMS: Quality Management System) certification we have already acquired, we must now improve IMSfs quality and security even further, working closely together to ensure the effective operation of the PDCA cycle and constantly striving to improve our management system to gain the trust of our customers and increase their satisfaction with IMS.
